Compensation & Performance Planning rates: $175/hour (multi-service bundle discounts available). For our Total HR Management Services client this is included complimentary and plans start as low as $250.
Compensation Study: $250/per position. We utilize over 400 validated up-to-date local, national, and government surveys to comply your package. We review job positions by more than just a title, we scope it based on job duties, education, experience, industry, organization size, revenues, geography, complexity, subordinates, etc.
Compensation Combo Package: Flat rate $3000 includes Comp Study, Job Descriptions, and Consulting Planning for up to 20 jobs. This is our most common package for budgeting.
